Indications/Uses
Dosage/Direction for Use
Up to 6 mL may be administered intra-articularly depending upon joint size. Suplasyn inj 1 inj (2 mL)/wk for 3 wk, up to 6 mL depending on patient's condition. Suplasyn 1-Shot inj 1 single administration.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Existing joint inflammation/irritation. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn.
Special Precautions
Do not inj intravascularly. Patients should rest 24-48 hr after the inj & avoid any strenuous activity over the full treatment course. Discontinue use if hypersensitivity reactions occur.
Adverse Reactions
Transient pain; mild local reaction eg, pain, feeling of heat, hyperthermia, redness, effusion, irritation & swelling/inflammation.
